Nuka House is two cottages in the Opawskie Mountains Landscape Park, in Łąka Prudnicka — for couples who want to slow down for a moment.
Waking up to a view of the mountains, ending the day in an outdoor jacuzzi, and remembering how good it is to just be together.

We didn't create Nuka House to rent out houses.

We created them for people who are tired of living in constant rush.
For those who want to hear birds singing in the morning instead of an alarm clock.

For dog owners who can't imagine going on a trip without their four-legged friend.
Nothing happens by accident at Nuka House.
The huge glazing was created so that the mountains would be part of the interior.
We have oriented the terrace towards the panorama because we believe that the best evenings begin with sunset.
We positioned the jacuzzi so that you can relax with a view, not a wall.
We only have two houses.
Consciously.
Because we wanted an intimate atmosphere, not a large complex.
We do not promise a perfect world.
We promise a place where it's easier to catch your breath.
And that's exactly why Nuka House was created.

Then you realise that, for the first time in a long while, you are not rushing anywhere.

Sometimes it's impossible to completely cut yourself off from everyday life.
That's why we've prepared a comfortable workspace by a large window overlooking the garden and a magnificent chestnut tree.
You'll reply to a few messages, close your laptop, and go back to what you came here for – rest.
Designed to slow you down.
Every element in Nuka House has its place and its purpose.
You won't find random accessories or interiors overloaded with decorations here.
Instead, we created a space that allows you to relax.
The kitchen is ready for shared breakfasts.
Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, hob and everything you need to cook without rushing.
Sleep that truly regenerates.
A large bed, silence and morning light streaming in through the windows mean you don't need an alarm clock in bed and... you can read to your heart's content.

Soft towels await you from the very first moment.
After an evening in the jacuzzi, all you need is a hot shower and you can fall asleep.
Terrace and meadow.
This is where the evenings most often end.
Not because you have to.
Because it's a shame to go back inside.
Only two houses.
More space for you.
At Nuka House, we knew from the beginning that we did not want to build a large complex.
We wanted to create a place where you can truly breathe.
That's why there are only two houses on the entire plot.
Each has its own terrace, private jacuzzi and plenty of space around it.
The cottages are approximately 30 meters apart and partially sheltered by trees and tall grass.
This is not a place where everything happens at once.
This is a place to slow down.
