Regulamin wynajmu Nuka House

1. Akceptacja regulaminu

   • Rezerwacja pobytu w Nuka House jest równoznaczna z akceptacją niniejszego regulaminu oraz polityki prywatności. Każdy Gość zobowiązany jest do zapoznania się z regulaminem i jego przestrzegania.

2. Zasady ogólne

   • Nuka House wynajmowany jest Gościom na wyłączność, wraz z przylegającym terenem, zgodnie z opisem na stronie internetowej.

3. Liczba osób i przepisy lokalne

   • W obiekcie mogą przebywać wyłącznie osoby wskazane w rezerwacji. Liczba Gości nie może przekraczać liczby zadeklarowanej podczas rezerwacji.

   • Gość zobowiązany jest do przestrzegania lokalnych regulacji prawnych dotyczących najmu krótkoterminowego, ciszy nocnej oraz innych obowiązujących przepisów.

4. Zakaz organizacji imprez bez zgody właściciela

   • Bez uprzedniej, wyraźnej zgody właściciela zabronione jest organizowanie w Nuka House wieczorów panieńskich, kawalerskich oraz innych imprez masowych, spotkań okolicznościowych lub wydarzeń z udziałem osób nieujętych w rezerwacji.

5. Zakaz palenia

   • W domku Nuka House obowiązuje bezwzględny zakaz palenia tytoniu, papierosów elektronicznych oraz innych wyrobów nikotynowych. Palenie jest dozwolone wyłącznie na zewnątrz, w wyznaczonych miejscach.

6. Zasady dotyczące zwierząt

   • Zwierzęta są mile widziane w Nuka House, pod warunkiem wcześniejszego zgłoszenia właścicielowi.

   • Właściciel zwierzęcia zobowiązany jest do zapewnienia, że zwierzę nie zakłóca spokoju innych oraz nie powoduje szkód w obiekcie i na terenie posesji.

   • Właściciel zwierzęcia ma obowiązek sprzątania po swoim pupilu, szczególnie w ogrodzie.

7. Cisza nocna

   • Na terenie Nuka House obowiązuje cisza nocna w godzinach 22:00–06:00. Prosimy o niezakłócanie spokoju innych Gości oraz sąsiadów, zwłaszcza na zewnątrz i w okolicach miejsca na ognisko.

8. Odpowiedzialność właściciela

   • Właściciel Nuka House nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za jakiekolwiek szkody osobowe, majątkowe, utratę zdrowia lub życia, wypadki, urazy, zniszczenia, zgubienie lub kradzież rzeczy osobistych powstałe podczas pobytu Gościa w Nuka House.

   • Gość korzysta z obiektu, ogrodu, parkingu, sprzętu sportowego i wszystkich udogodnień wyłącznie na własną odpowiedzialność.

   • Właściciel nie zapewnia żadnego ubezpieczenia na czas pobytu Gościa w Nuka House.

9. Odpowiedzialność Gościa

   • Gość ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność materialną za wszelkie szkody, uszkodzenia, zniszczenia lub straty powstałe w Nuka House oraz na terenie przynależnym, powstałe z winy Gościa, osób mu towarzyszących, dzieci lub zwierząt pozostających pod jego opieką.

   • Gość zobowiązuje się do niezwłocznego poinformowania właściciela o każdej powstałej szkodzie oraz do pokrycia kosztów jej naprawy lub wymiany w terminie wskazanym przez właściciela.

   • W przypadku rażącego naruszenia regulaminu, właściciel ma prawo do natychmiastowego rozwiązania umowy najmu bez zwrotu kosztów pobytu.

10. Bezpieczeństwo i użytkowanie obiektu

    • Goście zobowiązani są do korzystania z obiektu zgodnie z jego przeznaczeniem, zachowania należytej staranności oraz przestrzegania zasad bezpieczeństwa.

    • Zabrania się pozostawiania dzieci oraz zwierząt bez opieki na terenie Nuka House.

    • Gość odpowiada za bezpieczeństwo własne oraz osób i zwierząt mu towarzyszących.

11. Reklamacje i spory

    • Wszelkie reklamacje należy zgłaszać niezwłocznie podczas pobytu; po zakończeniu pobytu reklamacje nie będą rozpatrywane.

    • Wszelkie spory będą rozstrzygane przez sąd właściwy dla siedziby właściciela Nuka House.

12. Doba hotelowa

    • Doba hotelowa w Nuka House rozpoczyna się o godzinie 16:00 w dniu przyjazdu i kończy o godzinie 11:00 w dniu wyjazdu.

    • Możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania lub późniejszego wymeldowania wymaga wcześniejszego uzgodnienia z właścicielem i zależy od dostępności obiektu.

    • Acceptance of the Regulations
      Booking a stay at Nuka House is equivalent to accepting these regulations and the privacy policy. Every Guest is required to read and comply with the regulations.

    • General Rules
      Nuka House is rented exclusively to Guests, including the surrounding area, as described on the website.

    • Number of Guests and Local Regulations
      Only persons listed in the reservation may stay at the property. The number of Guests must not exceed the number declared at the time of booking.
      The Guest is obliged to comply with local legal regulations regarding short-term rentals, quiet hours, and other applicable rules.

    • No Parties Without Owner's Consent
      Without the prior, explicit consent of the owner, it is prohibited to organize bachelorette or bachelor parties, mass events, special gatherings, or any events involving individuals not listed in the reservation.

    • No Smoking Policy
      Smoking of tobacco, electronic cigarettes, and other nicotine products is strictly prohibited inside Nuka House. Smoking is only allowed outdoors in designated areas.

    • Pet Policy
      Pets are welcome at Nuka House, provided they are reported in advance to the owner.
      The pet owner is responsible for ensuring the animal does not disturb others or cause damage to the property or grounds.
      The owner must clean up after their pet, especially in the garden.

    • Quiet Hours
      Quiet hours at Nuka House are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please do not disturb other Guests or neighbors, especially outdoors and near the fire pit area.

    • Owner's Liability
      The owner of Nuka House is not liable for any personal or property damage, health issues, accidents, injuries, destruction, loss, or theft of personal belongings occurring during the Guest's stay.
      Guests use the property, garden, parking area, sports equipment, and all facilities at their own risk.
      The owner does not provide any insurance for the duration of the Guest’s stay at Nuka House.

    • Guest's Liability
      The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage, destruction, or loss caused to Nuka House or its surroundings, whether by the Guest, their companions, children, or pets under their care.
      The Guest agrees to promptly inform the owner of any damage and to cover the costs of repair or replacement within a time frame specified by the owner.
      In the case of gross violation of the regulations, the owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement without a refund.

    • Safety and Proper Use of the Property
      Guests must use the property as intended, exercise due care, and follow safety rules.
      Children and pets must not be left unattended on the premises.
      The Guest is responsible for their own safety and that of their companions and pets.

    • Complaints and Disputes
      Any complaints must be reported immediately during the stay; complaints submitted after the stay will not be considered.
      Any disputes will be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the owner’s registered office.

    • Check-in and Check-out
      The check-in time at Nuka House is from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
      Early check-in or late check-out is possible only upon prior agreement with the owner and depends on the availability of the property.
